Hey everyone, apologies for the delay in posting this, I've been pretty sick all week and am finally feeling better.

As of right now overtime at my job we come to a halt and I have off from school this week, so my goal is to finish or almost finish all the work on my plate rn and start dedicating what use to be overtime hours to commission work/opening for commissions indefinitely afterwards, because I will need the help paying for school.

I've also decided I hate Trello and will be making a board on our website for commission status updates and other news.

Thank you all for your support and patience, love your faces.

Estimated Completion Times

Please note:  I work a full time job and am currently a full time student. The only days/times I work on commissions are Saturdays & Sundays from 7am to 1pm EST.

Style Standard Chibi Backgrounds Badges & Emotes
    Sketch 1 - 2 hrs 20 m - 30 m 1 -3 hrs N/A
    Painting 2 - 6 hrs 1 - 3 hrs 3 - 8 hrs 1-2 hrs

With these times in hand, following your place on the waitlist and knowing my work hours, there should be some estimate of work delivery. I emphasize "estimate" because things happen and sometimes it means they take longer than planned.

    How to Order!

PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING REFUND POLICY) BEFORE PROCEEDING.

If you are ready to order, you can find my store pages on:

Or, shoot me a message on any of the following:

DM commissions will result in either a Stripe or Paypal invoice to pay.

    Terms and Conditions

    • All jobs less than or equal to $50 (USD), rush orders (less than 3 days) and Holiday gifts (Christmas/Valentines Day/etc) must be paid in full upfront. Otherwise, minimum half upfront / half when completed. ALL jobs will only be accepted for waitlist if some form of payment is received, and will be watermarked until fully paid.

    • Work is subject to revision fees of $10+ for large changes requested after completion or for “excessive” revisions requested (3 or more changes after finalized art is delivered). All revisions requested during the WIP are free.

    • I maintain the right to post all WIP and completed work to my art galleries/social media as advertisement for my services, unless requested otherwise. I do not claim right to any characters/subjects, just to the art itself.

    • Artwork is free to use for thumbnails or social media advertisements by the client only. Artwork can only be sold on digital or physical merchandise with purchase of my vendor fee ($25 USD/per artwork). Due to previous art theft (clients who sold artwork without paying the fee) I no longer give out transparent files without payment of this fee.

    • I do not give permission for my work to be used by any AI for training models or "fixing" or "completing."

    • I ask that my name be credited/tagged somewhere either in the video description/social media post/etc when posting any work. If links are involved, my twitch.tv or bluesky links are acceptable.

    Refund Policy

    • I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS (FULL OR PARTIAL) FOR ANY STARTED OR COMPLETED ARTWORK

    • You are allowed to request a refund as long your card on the waitlist has the “Not Started” red tag on it.

    • Once “in progress” (yellow tag) or “working on now” (green tag) is applied it means work has been started and I reserve the right to refuse refunds.

    FAQ

    You're underselling yourself.

    • I know! Isn't capitalism great?
    • The truth is; my prices are a greater reflection of my available time. Currently, I work and go to school full time, meaning the ONLY time I can work on commissions is the weekends and only for a few hours.
    • This means my art takes quite a while to complete! And I decided to reduce my prices to compensate.

Can I use artwork to sell as stickers and merchandise?

    • Artwork is free ot use for video/blog/etc thumbnails, profile pictures, and any other non-profit means.
    • Once profit is involved, i.e. selling it as merch, I required a one-time merch fee of $25/per artwork.

What does getting a sketch with flat colors mean/look like vs painting?

    • A sketch with flat colors means the linework is not cleaned up/redrawn from the original sketch, and light coloring/cell shading is added. One such example can be seen below of the green haired girl waving.
    • A painting has polished linework and detailed/smoothed shading.

What does "Badge Art" vs "Recolor" Mean?

    • Badge recolor option refers to the concept of having the same badge art, but colored differently. i.e. the art does not change, only the colors.
    • Badge art refers to the initial badge art and each badge that has different art.

Some of your examples seem a little varied in style

    • I have been doing commissioned artwork for over 10 years and have seen much growth and stagnation between various breaks and periods of experimentation.
    • Overall, each piece you can tell comes from the same source; your pieces will be no less unique, and I will always work with you to make sure your artwork lands in a place where you are happy with the result.

    Dos & Don'ts

    I will draw:

    • Just about anything

    I will not draw:

    • Children or child-like characters in innapropriate sexual clothing/situations
    • Unconsentual acts
    • Anything relating to Harry Potter or Harry Potter themed
    • Anything anti-LGBTQIA
    • Anything pro-genocide or pro-nazi/fascist
    • In the style of another artist

    Working on a Budget?

I will work with your budget! This does not mean just getting my work for cheaper but working with me to deliver you a product of fair quality within a fair time frame for a price you can work in.

If you are restricted to a budget, shoot me a message either on:

I recommend understanding this venn diagram for budget work, as there will have to be talks on what gets compromised in order for price reduction - a choice of time or quality.

    Waitlist Stages Explained

Art has many stages! When seeing the step tracker (ex. Sketch [0/6]) it is a display of how many stages are done followed by how many stages are left, and how far away your work is from being completed.

Each style has different steps, but Quality Check is always the final stage.

    Sketch art (standard & chibi):

    1. Sketch
    2. Flats (* if purchased)
    3. Final Rendering
    4. Quality Check.

    Paintings (standard & chibi):

    1. Sketch
    2. Line Art
    3. Flats
    4. Painting
    5. Final Rendering
    6. Quality Check

Backgrounds will be listed as a seperate checklist but will include the Final Rendering & Quality Check for the whole piece - meaning, the painting list would be short those two steps.

Badges & Emotes will have no stages, only a count how many have been completed.
