Helloooooooo ferret squad! Its been a long time coming but we're getting ready to revive the Fierce Ferrets in all its glory, so lets talk about how that's gonna happen.

Quick notes on the Website!
You'll notice we've rolled out some updates!
- New color scheme to match our horror-theming!
- New Roadmap!
- Serial Fisher page added to games!
- Menu and social updates!
I was hoping to update comic pages to reflect/allow reading on our own site but that is sadly much harder to implement with our current host than I would like.
Its very likely you'll be seeing us switch to a new host/theme by next year.
Live Streams and Let's Plays
The easiest content to get rolling on is our video content.
Let's start off with streaming; times are moving and improving! For the summer, we're moving from Friday nights to Tuesday/Thursdays! With Tuesdays being art nights and Thursdays being some couples co-op/community gaming.
Come semester start (end of Aug) We'll have to change to another day or haitus temporarily, but it seems likely that Tue/Thu will be our permanent times once Jen graduates (Spring 2026)
For our Let's Plays, that is goal number one for our Roadmap! Jen is going to spend the summer finishing up editing old videos we never published, starting with Dead Space, and then we'll also be recording a few more before the summer ends. Leia is also interested in solo-recording, so we'll see how that goes!
Comics, Games and Podcasts
While comics are haitus until 2026/graduation, they are are BACK on the writing board! Leia has been very excited to be writing again and even I have been back to working on more Midnight Museum.
Our goal is to wrap up what we need to launch back into comics the second I graduate.
As for our games, I'm spending my spare/art day stream time beginning work on our first game; Serial Fisher (WIP title) combining my love of horror with Leia's love of fishing.
You can keep an eye on progress on here or on our discord server.
As for podcasts... they are sadly the lowest on our bucket list of things, you'll even notice them missing from our phase list because most of the people involved in those projects have faced massive schedule conflicts with us or are just plain impossible to reach.
And with school keeping me busy, when I was the one running those schedules, well.. I just wouldn't expect them to come back anytime soon or in the same future as everything else on this list. We'll see!
The Long Road Ahead - Store & Running Conventions
The biggest goal we want to return to, outside of comics, is getting back on the convention circuit.
Before the pandemic really hit in 2020, Leia and I had made plans and booked tables at a handful of shows, ready for the next stage of our business. Sadly, we all know what happened, and then our business hit its big collapse in 2021-2022.
It's been a long time coming, but we still hold out hope of making it to that place.
To start, we have to remodel our home shop. We've successful moved the recording office, but much has to be done. This will be at the end of Phase 1, and then Phase 2 will focus on revitalizing our merchandise.
The goal is to step away from tee shirts and push towards Art Prints, Stickers, and Magnets. I would also love to make keychains, phone charms, and Card proxies!
Much like comics, this is going to take a while - it can't even start until we clean the basement and reset up shop, but it will happen - you'll see!
Just a little bit longer
As my graduation approaches (one more year!) its exciting but also frustrating waiting.
I want to take this time to thank everyone who has stayed with us during our lowest points - not just from a monetary standpoint, though our subscribers and fish-a-thon donators do get a very special thank you, but even just those who have kept the discord alive and shared whatever we've been able to keep up with on social media.
Being a creative in this day and age is hard; it's hard staying relevant. it's hard competing with grind culture, and it's hard sometimes keeping up hope when it feels like everything is against you. But you guys, gals, and non-binary pals have been shining lights in our darkest hours.
Thank you, all of you. It's still a wait away, but I promise you it will be worth it.
We won't let you down.
